Form + Fire (Infrared Heated Mat Class)
This heated mat class brings the intensity. Inspired by Pilates but rooted in full-body sculpt, you'll move through fast-paced, alignment-driven sequences that target your core, glutes, and upper body. Expect controlled movement, minimal rest, and a serious sweat - building strength and tone while staying grounded on the mat. It’s your foundation…on fire.
