MEET AMANDA
The powerhouse behind Elevate Pilates Studio
A lifelong dancer turned wellness entrepreneur, Amanda has always been fueled by her passion for movement. With a background in classical ballet, modern, and Latin and ballroom dance, she was naturally drawn to the transformative power of Pilates. After injuring her back and shoulder, she began Pilates and rehabed herself and right away knew she needed to guide others to do the same.
Amanda's journey with Pilates began as a way to enhance her dancing, but it quickly became much more than that.
Recognizing its life-changing benefits, she dove headfirst into Pilates certification, eager to share her new found passion with others.
Today, Amanda's client base is as diverse as it is inclusive. From dancers and athletes to prenatal and postpartum women, as well as individuals with injuries, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and beyond – Amanda welcomes anyBODY and everyBODY to experience the profound benefits of Pilates.
Amanda is dedicated to holistic health and wellness, which led her to explore modalities like the Alexander Technique, Gyrotonics, Feldenkrais, Body Rolling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Inspired by her own journey into motherhood, Amanda became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, expanding her focus beyond movement to encompass all aspects of well-being.
