Lengthen and lift every inch of your body with this traditional reformer class. You’ll burn fat, sculpt and stretch muscle, and find your Inner strength.

Sweat & Sculpt

Elevate your heart rate with this cardio-based reformer class. Jumpboard cardio mixed with Pilates will leave you trimmed and toned and releasing toxins and toxic energy!

Privates & Duets

Group classes not your thing? Prefer more one on one attention to focus on your bodies needs? We got you covered with private sessions.

All of our classes are limited to 6-8 people in class giving you a semi- private environment. Our intimate setting allows you to deepen your practice and get an even more efficient workout as modifications and advancements will be given specifically for you on that day! Elevate invites you to move intuitively through class so that you get the best workout and movement for YOUR body, mind & soul!

Meet Amanda

Lifelong dancer-turned-wellness entrepreneur, Amanda has always had a passion for movement + wellness. Amanda's dance background in classical ballet, modern, and Latin and ballroom lead her to discovering Pilates and all it has to offer.  Amanda first began training in Pilates as a way to enhance her dancing. She immediately discovered its life-changing benefits and embarked on her Pilates certification so that she could share her passion with others. 

Her client base features anyBODY and everyBODY, with dancers, athletes, prenatal and postpartum women, clients with injuries, scoliosis, osteoporosis + anyone else interested in enhancing their lives through movement + wellness. Amanda finds tremendous joy in teaching an approach that so deeply benefits the mind + body + spirit.

Amanda has also studied the Alexander Technique, Gyrotonics, Feldenkrais, Body Rolling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. Amanda’s passion for wellness grew after she had her first baby when she decided she wanted to help people beyond just the movement aspect and became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since then, Amanda integrates all aspects of overall holistic health and wellness into her own life and business. This is what sprouted Elevate to be born. A pilates studio that offers a holistic experience through movement, designed to apply to all different bodies to meet them where they are at.
