Meet Tori! A collegiate athlete that always had a passion for movement and working toward something that challenged me to be stronger every day physically & mentally. I have the most love for running, yoga, pilates and strength which is why I started teaching strength classes in 2022 and sharing my love with an amazing community that enjoys it just as much. I truly believe movement is one of the most healing and  important things you can do for yourself as it helps you feel good mentally, emotionally and physically.

Fun Fact: I love raccoons.
