Meet Rebecca: Jersey native (born & bread baby!) who has always had a passion for movement & exercise as a way to enhance mindfulness and connection with others. She found Elevate when she first moved to Hoboken and has been addicted ever since! She finally decided to chase her dream of becoming an instructor and now you can find her Uptown on Monday nights. When she's not at Elevate, she is a director of marketing for children's programming, taking long walks in Hoboken listening to her favorite podcasts, or at home binging reality TV (Summer House is everything!)

Fun fact: I love to Ski. I have skied 15 different mountains in the US & counting!
