Meet Michal! I’ve always been passionate about movement, health, and well-being. After nearly a decade in the pharmaceutical industry, while teaching fitness classes on the side, I decided to pursue my true passion—teaching Pilates. Now, as a mom of two boys (with a baby girl on the way), I’m excited to be teaching at Elevate, where I can share my love for movement while helping others improve their well-being.
Fun fact: I’ve run three half marathons and hope to run a full marathon one day while my family cheers me on at the finish line!
