Meet Francesca! A former dancer with a passion for finding ways to inspire and empower others through movement. I started my Pilates journey after straining my back from heavy lifting and constant high intensity workouts. I wanted a gentle way to move my body that would strengthen my muscles, but I gained so much more than that. I found so much joy in Pilates and love what it can do for your mind and body. It has totally reframed the way I think about movement and wellness, and I truly find it to be one of the most empowering things we can do for ourselves
Fun Fact: I love to travel and explore new cities. It’s so exciting to do all the research and planning and see it all come to life. I most recently went to Paris and completely fell in love with everything the city had to offer. I will definitely be going back!
Signature Pilates Move: Any and all types of lunges, planks (especially pikes), and love a good side lying series!
Favorite Pilates prop: Pilates Ball

AM Drink: Warm cup of bone broth followed by Nespresso coffee (better than any coffee shop in my humble opinion) + splash of vanilla creamer. My morning routine is everything to me!
