Chelsea
Meet Chelsea! As a dancer, Chelsea was introduced to Pilates as a form of conditioning. She later became a group fitness instructor for dance cardio classes where she fell in love with the energy group fitness brings. Chelsea was inspired to take her love to Pilates to next level to get certified and has been teaching Pilates ever since! Chelsea loves helping people find confidence and a deeper understanding while moving their bodies.
Fun fact: Chelsea is a former Knick City Dancer! Go Knicks!
Signature Pilates move:I would said Side Lying is one of my favorite exercises because it get’s surprisingly spicy and targets the booty (my fav)
