Meet Alex! Just a girl on her wellness journey! I’ve always had a passion for working out and wellness but during a 10 year stint of working weekends at a bar, I realized my lack of mobility & flexibility was getting worse each weekend. I quickly fell in love with Pilates, and after a year of practicing, decided to take the next step and really pursue something that gave me so much happiness. When I’m not at Elevate, I’m running the media strategy for five major tequila brands in the US, or telling my dog how perfect she is.

Fun Fact: Frenchie mom & she is the light of my life. I have 3 sisters who all have frenchie’s around the same age - chaos when we’re all together
