WAITLIST

Our waitlist is active up until 45 minutes prior to the start of class. Once you put yourself on the waitlist for a class, you have up until 45 minutes before the start of class to be added in. See below for more details!

  • If you are added to the waitlist and do not show up, the class will be deducted from your account, unlimited members will be charged a fee.

  • If your plans change or you do not want to wait that close to the start of class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

  • Our waitlist often moves, but if you still haven't gotten into class and want to do our standby option, you can show up to class and see if a spot is available after the first 5 minutes.

  • If it is within 30 minutes to class and you see a spot open up but it is too late for you to be automatically added, you can book yourself that spot.

  • If you were waitlisted for class but did not make it in, you will see that class back in your account a few hours following the class end time.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We are a small studio and therefore want to ensure everyone a chance to move their body with us. This is why we have a 12 hour cancellation policy for our monthly members and a 24 hour cancellation policy for all other clients. Any cancellations made within the cancellation window are considered late cancels and will be deducted from your account, and for unlimited member there will be a late cancel fee.

NO SHOWS

We understand things come up and plans change, but with many of our classes waitlisted, we greatly appreciate you canceling your class if you know you won't make it so that someone can be moved from the waitlist into class. If you do not show to your class, the class will be deducted from your account and will be charged a $20 no show fee.

STANDBY

We get that you may not be able to book too far ahead of time or maybe you are waitlisted but haven't gotten in yet. If you live close by and want to show up to class to see if someone does not show (which does tend to happen) and grab a spot, you have up until 5 minutes after the start of class to grab the spot. If you have booked a spot and are running late, please email or call the studio to inform us so that your spot is not taken.

PACKAGE EXPIRATIONS

All packages have an expiration date. You can find our expiration windows on our website and your exact expiration date in your account. Once your classes have been expired, there is no way to reinstate them with our new platform. If you give us advance notice, we allow up to two weeks extension. You must let us know at least one week prior to your passes expiring.

If your passes have expired within one month, we can add them to your next purchase of classes. (i.e. your classes expired last week, you can email us and let us know what package you would like to purchase next - we will add in the the extra number of classes that had expired to your new purchase.) Please be mindful of the expiration dates and let us know ahead of time if you wish to extend them!
